A little fun never hurt someone.
Well this past weekend I decided to go to Boise. It was a much needed weekend indeed to get away from the burg. Chany, Jesse, Mike, and myself loaded up and headed that way Friday night and surprised Jake for his birthday. When we got there we met up with Taft and our weekend adventures began.
That night we went out for dinner and late night scones. The whole night we spent more laughing than anything else. It was definitely some of the funnest people I've gotten to see in a while. We ended the night back at Jake's and watching cheesy killer whale and kung fu movies. We didn't get to bed till about 4 am!
Saturday we all woke up pretty late in the morning and we decided to go hangout at the mall and chill. We again spent time all together and laughing at chili's and at the mall. That night we officially celebrated Jake's birthday with delicious homemade food, cake, presents, energy drinks, and extreme mafia. That night we didn't make it to bed until 5, and we said good morning to parents as they were waking up when we went to bed.
Well we woke up about 3 hours later to go to church and listen to Jake speak. We tried our best to stay awake and listen but we definitely needed a nap after church....we didn't make it.... after church we all passed out and woke up way later and it was time to head home.
This weekend was so much fun and I'm so thankful for the fun I had! I wish I had pictures but we left the camera back in Boise and are currently awaiting its return....all in all it this weekend was a BLAST!
